it seems to be helping move things through my system however I do not see clear direction of what to eat and not eat or what should be happening through this phase. I am still getting bloated after eating. My energy is a bit better I M about half way through month

My goal was to heal the gut, liver & pancreas from major food allergies that shown on a recent hair analysis gut test. I had bad abdominal pain, bloating, fatigue, anaphylactic shock, welts, you name it. I’m 2 weeks in using the product. The pain is gone. Bowel movements are almost normal. Energy is slowly returning. And I’m sleeping better. Most of all no allergic reactions to food. So far so good. I’m going to see it through. And, finish it up!

Can the supplements in Phase 1 cause or worsen existing symptoms?

Since all of the supplements in this phase support the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, constipation, headaches, or gas.* This will depend on an individual’s toxic load and varies from person to person. 

If a patient/client experiences excess reactions, we recommend introducing one supplement at a time (and starting with a half dose) in the order listed on the dosing chart 

Do any of the supplements interact with medication?

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.

Do the supplements have to be taken with food, or can they be taken without?

All of the other supplements in this phase are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency. However, if patients are sensitive to any of the ingredients, they can take them with meals. 

What’s the difference between the Comprehensive Protocol and the Foundational Protocol?

The Comprehensive Protocol is an in-depth approach to supporting detoxification, intended for those who are looking to address their health at the root level and require increased immune and gut support.* Completing the protocol over a prolonged period (9+ months) provides the body with sufficient time (and nutrients) to support system balance through detoxification.*

The Foundational Protocol is a shorter, four-month approach to supporting detoxification.  It’s intended for individuals who are looking to periodically support cleansing for an overall wellness boost.* It also helps to balance the gut microbiome, increase energy levels, and aid in digestive and immune health  —  but is not as extensive as the Comprehensive Protocol, which covers more specific areas of health.*
