How the Program Works

By creating a patient account, you’re joining CellCore’s Patient Direct program, a program designed to virtually connect patients with their CellCore practitioner. You’ll order products on CellCore.com, and the Patient Direct code you use to register means you’ll maintain your connection to them as your practitioner.

This ecommerce experience gives patients the freedom to order their products online and have them delivered directly from the CellCore manufacturing and shipping facility. It allows practitioners the opportunity to recommend CellCore products to their patients – without taking on the additional time-intensive burden of packaging and shipping.

Patients keep their relationship with the practitioner, and the practitioner is able to keep focus on patient care – exactly where it should be.

Who can participate in the program?
Anyone who is a current patient of a CellCore health care practitioner participating in the CellCore Patient Direct program may apply. Ask your health care professional for their unique Patient Direct code. You will need this code to start your application.
Why is a relationship with a CellCore practitioner necessary to create an account?
CellCore believes in putting patients first. The Patient Direct program was designed to offer patients the convenience of 24/7 ordering while maintaining the health care professional-patient relationship. Only your health care professional knows your personal nutritional needs. As a current patient, you get recommendations from an expert who will ensure you are getting the right supplements for your unique health needs. Your health care professional will explain situations in which a supplement should not be used. 
Do I have to be approved as a current patient by my health care professional?
No, there is no approval step for practitioners; as long as you’ve used your practitioner’s Patient Direct code, you are approved and able to start ordering immediately after registering.
What if I don’t have a CellCore health care practitioner, or my practitioner doesn’t participate in the Patient Direct program?

Does CellCore collect sales tax for Patient Direct orders?
Yes, we are required to follow the laws in each state and collect tax from you, the patient, if applicable. Sales tax is based on the delivery address and is collected on both the product and shipping charges if applicable in your state.
Are there shipping charges for Patient Direct orders?
Standard shipping is free for orders of $500 and greater. We charge for shipping under that amount. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. Expedited options are displayed during the checkout process and the rate will be applied automatically to orders upon checkout. 
How quickly do patient orders ship from a CellCore facility?
Typically, a patient order will ship within three business days, with exceptions for holidays and weekends. During busy delivery periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. You can track deliveries using the shipping confirmation number provided in your email.
How does the order process work?
The whole process happens in a matter of seconds. 
  • You place your order. 
  • You receive an emailed order confirmation. 
  • Your order is received and shipped out within one to three business days. 
  • When your order has shipped, you receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a link to your tracking information. 
  • Your credit card is charged for the product(s), shipping, and tax (if applicable).
What are policies regarding returns or re-selling products ordered through Patient Direct?

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your email for the shipping confirmation, which includes tracking information. You can also log in to your Patient Direct account at our website and select “View Previous Orders” from the drop-down menu under “Patient Direct.” “View Previous Orders” can also be found on your “My Account” page under “Order Management.”
Who do I call if I have questions regarding my supplements?
Call your health care practitioner with any questions about supplements, their use, or continuation.
