How CellCore Rewards Works

Promotion Period:

• Earning Period: CellCore Cash Rewards can be earned on purchases of eligible products from cellcore.com made during promotion timelines, including between November 25, 2024 at 12 AM PT and December 2, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT. Free domestic shipping will be applied to orders eligible for earning rewards during the promotion. International shipping is not included in the offer.

• Redemption Period: CellCore Cash Rewards can be applied to purchases made on cellcore.com up to 364 days after the initial date of purchase, starting December 3, 2024 at 12 AM PT.

Eligibility:

• The promotion is open to all Patient Direct customers of CellCore Biosciences, who purchase on CellCore.com, aged 18 years and above, excluding employees, immediate family members of employees, or anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the promotion.

^Qualified Products:

• Products qualifying for earning promotional CellCore Cash Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of CellCore Biosciences.
• Any excluded products, protocols, and kits will be listed here. If none are listed, all product purchases qualify for rewards.

Earning of CellCore Cash Rewards:

• During the earning period, customers will accumulate CellCore Cash Rewards based on their spending at CellCore.com.

• CellCore Cash Rewards will be awarded as follows:
  • For every $1 spent, excluding sales tax, shipping, and handling, customers will receive CellCore Rewards equal to the promotional offer during the earning period.
  • Accumulated CellCore Cash Rewards will automatically be tallied and made viewable in each customer's CellCore.com account.

• CellCore Cash Rewards can be redeemed from the date of earning for one year following the original earned date.

Redemption of CellCore Cash Rewards:

• Update to CellCore Cash Rewards can be redeemed from the date of earning for one year following the original earned date.

• CellCore Cash Rewards are nontransferable and valid only for use by the customer whose CellCore account the offer is associated.

• Redemption of CellCore Cash Rewards is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

• CellCore Cash Rewards balance will be viewable in your account, redeemable for use, within one week of purchase.

• Any remaining rewards value after purchase cannot be redeemed for cash and will expire one year from the earned date.

Promotion Mechanics:

• This offer is not valid on previous purchases made before the earning period commences.

• Sales tax, shipping, and handling are not included in the total purchase calculation.
• Some products may be excluded from the earning period; this is at the discretion of CellCore Biosciences and is subject to change.
• Free Shipping offer is for domestic orders only; orders shipped internationally will be charged a shipping fee

General Terms:

• CellCore Biosciences reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Idaho.

• Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold CellCore and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Participant of any of these Terms and Conditions or any violation by Participant of applicable law.
• All domestic and international orders are subject to the regular dollar and supply limits outlined in our terms and conditions ; no exceptions apply.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed accordance with the laws of Idaho.

Eligibility and Redemption Period

• Special offers for CellCore Cash Rewards, including, but not limited to, promotions such as additional Black Friday CellCore Cash, are valid exclusively during the designated Special Offer period as communicated by CellCore Biosciences. Redemption of these rewards must be completed no later than the specified date and time published for the respective promotion.

Offer Limitations

• Special offers, including those offering additional CellCore Cash, are extended to select patient accounts at the sole discretion of CellCore Biosciences. These offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Changes to Offers

• All special offers, including the terms governing the use of CellCore Cash Rewards, are subject to modification or cancellation at any time without prior notice at the discretion of CellCore Biosciences.

Responsibility of Redemption

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the redemption of their CellCore Cash Rewards within the applicable promotional period. Rewards not redeemed by the stated expiration date will be forfeited.

General Provisions

• Use of CellCore Cash Rewards is subject to all applicable CellCore Biosciences terms and conditions. By participating in any CellCore Cash Rewards program or promotion, the account holder agrees to these terms.
